Following identification of issues within our 2025 Quinquennial Inspection report, a £300k phase 1 work package has commenced on site at St. Bartholemew’s, Wednesbury. The works will address defects with masonry around the building including stabilisation and renewal of pinnacles and the spire apex. Future phases will address damp issues and damage to interior finishes.
